I’m Lawrence (Larry) Lim — a senior business consultant, educator, and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with more than 30 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations improve performance. I’ve trained, coached, and consulted across the U.S. and Asia, working with business owners, executives, healthcare organizations, educators, and entrepreneurs.
